Meanwhile, we have noticed several issues that cannot be ignored in the market and online environment — certain entities have made unauthorized use of our intellectual property rights, involving trademark infringement and similar trademark infringement behaviors, while certain channels have spread false statements against our company. To this end, we hereby issue this statement to clarify ownership, state our position, and safeguard our legitimate rights and interests.

In recent years, the company has continuously deepened its innovation in sensing technology, successively launching innovative achievements such as the eco-friendly medium filling system, AI intelligent (zero temperature drift) melt pressure sensors/transmitters, and the GEMP series melt pressure sensors/transmitters based on NFM medium-free conduction technology, driving industry progress through technology.

针对近期市场中出现的侵权现象，我司已正式出具律师函，就"GRAEFF"及"格拉夫"系列商标专用权事宜开展维权。

经律师核查确认：格拉夫（嘉兴）仪器仪表有限公司控股股东为格拉夫（上海）科技有限公司，后者系英国GRAEFF INSTRUMENTS LIMITED 100%控股的中国子公司；"GRAEFF"及"格拉夫"系列商标经国家工商总局商标局在第9类核准注册，格拉夫（嘉兴）仪器仪表有限公司为该系列商标在中国境内的唯一合法权利人。

目前，部分网站及市场渠道中存在未经授权擅自生产、销售带有"GRAEFF"或"格拉夫"商标及近似标识产品的行为。该等行为已构成商标侵权，不仅损害我司品牌价值与商业信誉，情节严重者还将触犯刑法。

在此，我司严正告知：

1. 请立即停止侵权——未经授权的各类企业、个体户及个人，应立即停止生产、销售带有"GRAEFF"及"格拉夫"系列商标的商品；

2. 合法经营需获授权——有意经营GRAEFF（格拉夫）产品的主体，请直接联系我司取得正式授权；

3. 欢迎举报假冒行为——广大用户如发现假冒"GRAEFF"及"格拉夫"商标的商品，可通过官方渠道向我司举报。

对于拒不停止侵权的主体，我司将依据《中华人民共和国商标法》《中华人民共和国专利法》《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》等法律法规，采取行政投诉、民事诉讼等一切必要手段，追究制造商、经销商及相关终端使用者的全部法律责任，绝不姑息。

In response to recent infringements in the market, our company has officially issued a lawyer's letter to carry out rights protection regarding the exclusive rights of the "GRAEFF" and "格拉夫" series trademarks.

Verified by the lawyer: the controlling shareholder of Graeff (Jiaxing) Instruments Co., Ltd. is Graeff (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., which is a 100%-owned Chinese subsidiary of GRAEFF INSTRUMENTS LIMITED (UK). The "GRAEFF" and "格拉夫" series trademarks have been approved and registered in Class 9 by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and Graeff (Jiaxing) Instruments Co., Ltd. is the sole legitimate owner of these series trademarks within the territory of China.

Currently, certain websites and market channels engage in the unauthorized production and sale of products bearing the "GRAEFF" or "格拉夫" trademarks or similar marks. Such acts have constituted trademark infringement, which not only damages our company's brand value and business reputation, but may also constitute criminal offenses in serious cases.

Hereby, we solemnly declare

1.Cease infringement immediately — all unauthorized enterprises, individual businesses and individuals shall immediately stop the production and sale of goods bearing the "GRAEFF" and "格拉夫" series trademarks;

2.Obtain authorization for legitimate operation — entities interested in distributing GRAEFF products may contact our company directly to obtain formal authorization;

3.Report counterfeiting — customers who discover counterfeit goods bearing the "GRAEFF" and "格拉夫" trademarks may report to our company through official channels.

For entities that refuse to cease infringement, our company will, in accordance with the Trademark Law, Patent Law and Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, take all necessary measures including administrative complaints and civil litigation to pursue full legal liability of manufacturers, distributors and relevant end users, with no leniency.

反对恶意抹黑，维护品牌声誉/Opposing Malicious Smears and Protecting Brand Reputation

我司始终欢迎客户基于事实的反馈与建议，也愿意以开放的态度回应合理关切。但对于网络上及个别渠道中出现的、针对我司的蓄意造谣、恶意攻击与商业诋毁行为，我们绝不容忍。

此类不实言论严重误导公众判断，损害我司多年积累的品牌声誉，扰乱正常市场秩序。目前，我司已对相关证据进行收集与固定，并委托律师事务所跟进处理。我们郑重劝诫相关主体：立即删除不实内容，停止发布与传播虚假信息。若继续实施诋毁行为，我司将依据《中华人民共和国民法典》《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》等法律规定，追究其公开道歉、消除影响、赔偿商誉损失等法律责任。

We always welcome fact-based feedback and suggestions from customers and are willing to respond to reasonable concerns with an open attitude. However, we will not tolerate deliberate rumor-mongering, malicious attacks and commercial defamation targeting our company on the Internet and through certain channels.

Such false statements seriously mislead public judgment, damage the brand reputation we have built over many years, and disrupt normal market order. Currently, our company has collected and preserved relevant evidence and entrusted a law firm to follow up on the matter. We solemnly advise the relevant parties to immediately delete false content and cease the publication and dissemination of false information. If defamation continues, our company will, in accordance with the Civil Code and Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws, pursue legal liability including public apology, elimination of adverse impact, and compensation for goodwill losses.
