Recently, GRAEFF attended the 2026 (5th) Plastics Industry Conference & Brand Ceremony. Boasting cutting-edge technological breakthroughs, the GEMP series medium-free eco-friendly high-temperature melt pressure sensors/transmitters stood out from numerous participating products and won the conference’s prestigious Plastics Industry Innovative Product Award.

Traditional melt pressure sensors generally adopt mercury or silicone oil as filling media. They are prone to leakage and process contamination, which has long been a bottleneck for high-end manufacturing.

Developed over 24 months by the core team led by Dr. Wu Hao, President of GRAEFF, the medium-free eco-friendly melt pressure sensors/transmitters of the GEMP series adopt exclusive NFM medium-free technology with outstanding operational stability. Eliminating leakage risks of traditional filling media to protect materials and the environment from contamination, the product is highly suitable for high-cleanliness scenarios such as food-grade production and medical packaging. Widely applied in extrusion, injection molding and rheological testing processes, it maintains superior measurement accuracy and long-term reliability under high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.
