浙江省质量科学研究院是浙江省市场监督管理局直属的副厅级公益二类事业单位，于2024年7月由浙江省轻工业品质量检验研究院、浙江省标准化研究院、浙江省计量科学研究院、浙江省产品质量安全科学研究院整合重组而成。

机构性质与定位作为综合性质量科学研究机构，承担省级质量安全政府实验室职能，致力于质量强省、标准强省、品牌强省战略研究与推广，为政府监管、产业发展和民生需求提供技术支撑。

Zhejiang Academy of Quality Sciences is a public welfare institution of the second category directly under the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau at the deputy departmental level. It was formed in July 2024 through the integration and reorganization of Zhejiang Light Industry Product Quality Inspection Research Institute, Zhejiang Standardization Research Institute, Zhejiang Institute of Metrology Science, and Zhejiang Institute of Product Quality and Safety Science.

As a comprehensive quality science research institution, it undertakes the functions of a provincial government laboratory for quality and safety, and is committed to the research and promotion of strategies for building a quality-strong province, a standard-strong province, and a brand-strong province. It provides technical support for government supervision, industrial development, and people's livelihood needs.

主要职责/Main responsibilities

开展质量领域科学研究与成果转化，推动新技术应用；  

研究、建立和维护国家计量（基）标准及社会公用计量标准；  

制（修）订标准和计量技术规范，参与国际标准合作；  

承担产品质量安全风险监测、评估预警及缺陷产品召回技术支撑；  

开展检验检测、质量认证、计量校准等技术服务；  

推动质量领域数字化应用研究与平台建设。

Carry out scientific research and the transformation of achievements in the field of quality, and promote the application of new technologies;

Research, establish and maintain national metrological (basic) standards and social public metrological standards;

Formulate (revise) standards and metrological technical specifications, and participate in international standard cooperation;

Undertake the technical support for product quality and safety risk monitoring, assessment and early warning, as well as the recall of defective products.

Carry out technical services such as inspection and testing, quality certification, and metrological calibration;

Promote digital application research and platform construction in the field of quality.

科研实力与资源/Scientific research strength and resources

拥有实验室面积12万平方米，设备原值超9亿元，其中100万以上高价值装备107台套；  

承担省部级以上科研项目483项，获各级科技奖励190项，授权国家发明专利156项；  

主导制（修）订国家、行业、省级地方标准800多项，参与国际标准制定；  

拥有各类业务资质证书906张，平台载体102个，覆盖计量、标准、检测、认证全领域。

人才队伍现有正式干部职工800余人，其中正高级职称32人，硕、博研究生占比50%，35岁以下人员占比40%。另有国家技术组织专家委员289人次，国际技术组织注册专家25人次，形成多层次、专业化的人才梯队。

It has a laboratory area of 120,000 square meters, with equipment originally valued at over 900 million yuan, including 107 sets of high-value equipment worth over 1 million yuan.

It has undertaken 483 scientific research projects at or above the provincial and ministerial level, won 190 science and technology awards at all levels, and obtained 156 national invention patents.

Led the formulation (revision) of over 800 national, industry and provincial local standards, and participated in the formulation of international standards.

It holds 906 various business qualification certificates and 102 platform carriers, covering the entire field of metrology, standards, testing and certification.

The current talent pool consists of over 800 regular staff members, among whom 32 hold senior professional titles, 50% have master's or doctoral degrees, and 40% are under the age of 35. In addition, there are 289 expert committee members of national technical organizations and 25 registered experts of international technical organizations, forming a multi-level and professional talent team.

Build a "one-stop" quality service network, covering the entire product life cycle, and provide enterprises with full-process technical solutions from design, production to circulation and recall.

Promote the construction of "Remote intelligent control mobile cabin laboratories", embed testing services into enterprise production lines, and achieve online testing and rapid response.

Develop a quality risk monitoring and assessment system, and utilize big data and AI technologies to achieve risk early warning and closed-loop governance.

Participate in the response to international technical barriers and provide full-chain services such as standard interpretation and testing certification for enterprises' exports.
