传统高温熔体压力传感器存在 “高温零点漂移” 的行业难题:压力测量探头从室温切换至高温环境时,零点会受温度影响产生较大偏移,导致测量偏差增大。
针对这一痛点,GRAEFF(格拉夫)本次发布的升级版 AI 智能型(零温漂)高温熔体压力传感器,通过搭载 AI 智能算法与温度补偿技术,在 350°C 环境下实现零点漂移精准补偿 —— 当探头处于高温工况时,可接近 “零温漂” 状态,大幅提升了压力测量的准确性与稳定性,适配化纤、塑料、注塑等行业对压力精度的严苛要求。
The traditional high-temperature melt pressure sensor has an industry problem of "high-temperature zero drift" : when the pressure measurement probe is switched from room temperature to a high-temperature environment, the zero point will be affected by temperature and shift significantly, resulting in an increase in measurement deviation.
To address this pain point, GRAEFF has released an upgraded AI intelligent (zero temperature drift) high-temperature melt pressure sensor this time. By integrating AI intelligent algorithms and temperature compensation technology, it achieves precise zero drift compensation in a 350°C environment. When the probe is in a high-temperature condition, it can approach the "zero temperature drift" state. It has significantly enhanced the accuracy and stability of pressure measurement, meeting the strict requirements for pressure precision in industries such as chemical fibers, plastics, and injection molding.
